This policy explains what information Elorizer (“we”, “us”) collects when you use elorizer.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account data — your email address, display name and a hashed password when you register.
- Training data — the puzzles you attempt, ratings, streaks, progress and review schedule, so the app can personalise your practice.
- Linked accounts — if you connect a Lichess or Chess.com username, we store that username and public statistics you choose to sync.
- Usage data — anonymous product analytics (page views and feature usage) to improve the app.
- Technical data — basic request information such as your time zone and, where used, cookies needed to keep you signed in.
How we use it
We use your data to run your account, personalise training, send account emails (such as password resets and, if you opt in, review reminders), and to understand and improve how the product is used. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of processors to run the service, including email delivery and product analytics providers, and a payment provider for any paid features. These providers only receive the data needed to perform their function.
Your choices
You can update your profile and linked accounts in Settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the address below.
